Procure Gift is a quest given by your wife to help increase relationship with a family member. It can also be given by a lord in order to improve relations with someone related to him (e.g. Count Clais can give this quest to improve your relationship with his brother, Count Grainwad).
This quest will task you with getting an item and giving it to the quest giver to increase the relationship. These items are normally velvet bolts, furs, and other goods.
